Behind the user interface lies a complex web of experiences, social interactions, and decisions: Why would I adopt this? How will it help me accomplish my tasks? What role will it play in my life?
Rather than focusing on accessibility of technical products, let's look at what makes the interactions and experiences accessible by getting technology out of the way. Instead, we will look into strategies for inclusive relationships to our users and customers, to then define the various component parts that will bring them to life.
